Meet the Founders

The Mighty Conservatory of Music (MCM) was founded and is led by a passionate team committed to advancing music education and fostering creativity.

Along with founding and leading Mighty Conservatory of Music (MCM), Mr. Mighty also teaches masterclasses to both students & teachers here. Due to his wide range of musical expertise, he teaches a plethora of studies such as guitar, piano, voice, drums, mandolin, ukulele, rock band, jazz ensemble, composition and music theory, to name a few.

Mr. Mighty (birth name: Sulaiman Rangga Tarmizi), or more famously known as Mighty One Man Band is a music virtuoso and a seasoned music educator in both Asia and The West.

His comprehensive resume spans from receiving a merit scholarship & graduating from the world-renowned Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA) to being a super-human multi-instrumentalist named Mighty One Man Band (MOMB) where he manually and simultaneously plays a vast array of musical instruments live by himself.

While many may agree that MOMB is a superb music artist, Mr. Mighty also consider himself as a forever music educator and will always love teaching music & sharing knowledge with others.

Nadia Marinka co-founded MCM with Mr. Mighty several years ago, laying the foundation of the institution from the ground up. An entrepreneur with a generous spirit, she has overseen management and daily operations with perseverance, helping MCM grow into the thriving conservatory it is today. Nadia was instrumental in building partnerships with several reputable international schools in Asia and played a key role in acquiring MCM’s very first students, from just a few dozen to now hundreds. Today, Nadia remains an integral leader at MCM, guiding and supervising the team while ensuring the conservatory continues to flourish as a center for music education and creativity.

Loesha Nakiashira, warmly known as Loesha, has been an integral part of the Mighty Conservatory of Music (MCM) since 2021. She holds the role of Director of Operations, where she ensures the smooth running of daily activities. Her responsibilities include coordinating schedules, facilitating communication between teachers, students, and staff, and maintaining the overall flow of programs and events at MCM. Moreover, Loesha brings a unique perspective that blends organizational expertise with creative sensitivity. Her career journey has spanned the fields of arts and communications, where she has worked on projects involving illustration, artwork design, and various creative productions. Her deep passion for the arts fuels her dedication at MCM. Loesha sees every detail, whether logistical or creative—as an opportunity to shape an environment where music and education flourish. She embodies the bridge between artistic vision and practical execution, making her a key figure in the growth and daily life of the conservatory.

Wisnu Triwardhana joined the Mighty Conservatory of Music in 2019 as a vibrant member of the leadership team! A skilled Sound Engineer, he graduated from University of Colorado, Denver, and is also an alumnus of RecW, Ohio, USA. His career spans multiple creative fields, including music production, videography, and information technology. Wisnu has gained valuable professional experience with the Entertainment Department at Hard Rock International, where he refined his expertise in live sound and large-scale productions. From there he has worked with internationally renowned artists such as Ronan Keating, Hoobastank, Rick Price, Save Ferris, and many others. In addition to his work in music and entertainment, Wisnu is also an entrepreneur who runs a business developing IT platforms for government institutions, demonstrating both versatility and innovation. At MCM, Wisnu serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development, drawing on his diverse professional background to help guide the conservatory’s growth and future vision.
